Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Assist in employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Manage HRIS systems for data entry and reporting.
- Support project management initiatives related to HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives forward.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing HR manager activities in a large organization, with union and non-union populations
- Proven experience in HR functions including recruiting, benefits administration, and employee evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct interviews and handle employee relations effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
