• Develop and oversee the creation of social strategies, social playbooks, activations and campaign ideas
• Direct and synthesize research, social listening and other data to guide a brand's strategic decisions
• Partner with creative, strategy, data and media teams to define and achieve a brand's social marketing goals
• Hire, supervise and guide the development of junior team members

• 8 years of social marketing experience
• Experience coaching and developing one or more direct reports
• Advanced understanding of social platforms, audiences and behaviors, and the ability to develop a clear point-of-view based on that knowledge
• Ability to apply knowledge of social media to effectively solve a wide variety of client challenges
• Strong communication and presentation skills in a wide variety of formats and settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively across organizations, departments, teams and individuals
• Experience or interest in the QSR or retail industry is a plus

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
