Human Resources Director

Position Summary:

The Human Resource Director is responsible for the administration and operation of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding and training, compensation, benefits, workers’ compensation, employee relations, payroll and employee processes. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organization, and strong judgment ability. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or HR Certified required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Commensurate with experience
