Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling smoking accessories, and assisting customers with their technical needs and questions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience in the shop.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently on the computer & physically with money.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Knowledge of smoke shop products and services is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
