The Retail Sales Associate assists the Store Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, including meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate inventory, managing billing/paperwork, writing schedules, and other duties. This is predominantly a sales position.

For this role we are looking for an out-going personality, an easy approach with people, and a drive to achieve personal metrics. Candidate must be comfortable speaking to and accompanying customers through the sales process. Sales and retail experience is desired, but we will train the right person. Speaking of retail, since we are a retail environment, the ability to work nights and weekends/holidays is a must. Store hours are 10am-8pm Monday through Saturdays, and 11am-5pm on Sundays. Physical requirements

• Must be able to stand and/or walk during the entirety of the shift
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
• Must be able to lift and move product up to 50lbs and unload product/trucks with the assistance of furniture carts
