Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator has an understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of employment and labor laws. The incumbent demonstrates knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and other computer skills. The incumbent must possess excellent communication and people skills and act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The coordinator will need to exhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our senior management team.

Responsibilities

The human resource coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting plant needs. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, payroll, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.

Qualifications

*The salary range for this position is $23.00-$28.00 per hour.
