  • While our efforts have been predominantly on data utilizatione.g. Business intelligence, Data Analytics, RPA, GenAI, Machine Learning, mostof the challenges start at the data governance levels.

Position Description

  • The current role is focused on helping extend our services toNew and existing Commercial clients.
  • As an Account Executive, you’ll be reporting to theEngagement Director to find new target accounts and expand existing accounts inorder to uncover new opportunities. Visvero is in a growth mode, so you’ll beinstrumental in supporting our sales team’s efforts to bring on new clients.You will become an expert in researching potential customers, contacting them, deliveringcompelling reasons to meet with the Sales and Practice Teams, and learnfirsthand how your efforts lead to opportunities for the company.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • You will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-readyleads and opportunities from lead-generation activities and outboundcold-calling (email) into targeted accounts. You’ll Interact with prospects viaemail to explain Visvero’s vision, identify opportunities, and generateinterest.
  • As you become more comfortable in the role, you’ll helpevolve our demand generation strategy and tactics.

In the first week youwill:

  • Onboard and integrate intoVisvero.
  • Learn Visvero’s model, our valueproposition, and our story.
  • Work with cross-functional teamsto understand how you can leverage our incredible global team to build clientsrelationships and drive success.
  • Learn the breadth of Visvero’simpact.
  • Learn the importance of the AccountExecutive function to the success of Visvero.
  • Learn our sales method and ourselling process to set you up for success.

In the first month youwill:

  • Set goals with your manager &determine your ideal career path at Visvero
  • Complete our personalized salestraining program, complete with mock calls, cold calls, and role-playscenarios.
  • Learn how to use Zoho CRM, as wellas other Sales Prospecting and Social Media tools.
  • Be integrated into your team andpartnered with sales executives per management’s directive and be ready tostart targeting strategic accounts.
  • Learn the process for outreach,including calling, emailing and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Implement an outreach process andhit monthly objectives.
  • Learn how to analyze industrydrivers, business problems and target buyers.

In the first threemonths you will:

  • Become fully ramped into the OutsideSales Team
  • Uncover new opportunities withexisting accounts and target accounts that result in revenue-generatingengagements for Visvero.
  • Hit call/email quotas and fullyramped objectives.
  • Become proficient in using our Salestools.
  • Learn how to maintain excellentdata integrity in Zoho CRM.
  • Create Pipeline of current andfuture Sales Leads

In the first six monthsyou will:

  • Continuously hit fully rampedquotas and objectives.
  • Assist with training andonboarding new Account Executive’s.
  • Build new and existing clientsrelationships, expand Visvero’s partnership with new and existing. accounts,and continue to execute your account plans.
  • Suggest, implement, and experimentwith new lead and demand generation activities.
  • Entertain current and targetcustomers to maintain current business as well as generate new business.

In the first year youwill:

  • Have built a portfolio of net newaccounts from the strategic account list.
  • Become a mentor to new members ofthe team, helping them learn about Visvero, our model, and how proper salesdevelopment practices can improve relationships and increase revenue.
  • Continue to expand your portfolioof accounts, accelerate growth in existing accounts, and leverage the fullsuite of capabilities Visvero has to offer.
  • Hit 100% of your target monthlyKPIs and discuss growth opportunities with the organization.
  • Review annual company and personalfinancial goals.

  • Communication is the lifeblood ofyour relationships both internal and external to Visvero. You need to reflectexcellent communication in all forms, across a wide variety of personalitytypes, roles, and geographies
  • We are a distributed company, solife throws in minor challenges beyond the primary problems your role is meansto solve. You need the ability to take those in stride and persist despitesetbacks.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Highly proficient in using MSOffice applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficient with use of internet researchand apply creativity.
  • At least 2 years of salesexperience selling any IT hardware / software / accessories / peripherals etc.
  • This is a Hybrid position for atleast once weekly in the office for collaboration.
