Visiting Ancillary Services is Hiring an Administrative Assistant(Payroll and Dental Billing) Near Thornton, CO
Our mission here at Visiting Ancillary Services is to be the premier provider of ancillary services to the long-term care industry and to provide the highest quality low-cost services to our neighborhood clinics.
Visiting Ancillary Services was founded in April 2010, as a 501(c) 3 Non-Profit Charity, and we provide full-service programs to over 120 facilities. We deliver the finest outreach programs to residents, and we believe each resident should leave us with a smile and a happy demeanor.
Job Summary: This is a newly created position with two distinctive areas. The first will be dental billing and the second will be processing bi-weekly payroll. The ideal candidate must possess critical thinking skills, the ability to priortize tasks and be very detailed oriented.
Major Duties & Responsibilities: Billing
- Obtaining pre-authorizations as required
- Ensures accurate billing, timely submission of electronic and/or paper claims
- Monitors claim status, researches rejection and denials
- Makes sure that all notes, payments are in the correct account
- Follow up on delinquent claims and past due invoices
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience with Denticon is a plus
Major Duties & Responsibilities: Payroll
- Correct time card errors
- Validate mileage
- Submit payroll
- Other duties as assigned
