Job Description: Project Manager (Construction)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to
oversee construction projects within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in construction management, with a minimum of three years of relevant
experience. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate
with our diverse team and subcontractors. The Project Manager will be responsible for
executing projects according to specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints
while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction (new construction and full remodels) projects from inception to completion,
- Including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure
project objectives are met.
- Monitor progress, track expenses, and resolve any issues or delays that may
arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and
quality control measures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project
status, milestones, and budgetary matters.
- Foster a collaborative and cohesive work environment, promoting teamwork and
accountability among project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related
field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in construction project management.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication
skills.
- Knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
