Job DescriptionVisa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Product Analyst (multiple openings) in San Francisco, CA to develop Visa's Crypto Money Movement strategy roadmap and serve as a thought leader on how Visa should build future-focused products. Identify and create transformative money movement products and solutions that will support and deliver value to our business and our clients through this ecosystem evolution. Monitor market for crypto innovation in blockchain scalability, cross-chain decentralized applications & digital identity and present findings to team. Serve as subject matter expert on cryptocurrencies, permissioned and permissionless blockchains, and educate key clients on these ecosystems. Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and define product strategy. Develop rapid prototypes of new crypto-native payment capabilities. Build relationships and coordinate business development efforts for key partnerships with crypto infrastructure providers, financial technologies, financial institutions, merchants, and partners. Gather market feedback from key clients and partners. Write business requirements and user stories for new product capabilities and work with various engineering teams to develop complex products. Ideate and execute opportunities to build money movement products that leverage Visa's core competencies. Influence and provide market feedback and knowledge sharing to cross-functional teams and executive leadership. Collaborate with internal/external development teams to rapidly ideate, deploy and refine product offerings. Up to 10% domestic travel required. Position reports to the Employer's San Francisco, CA office and may allow for partial telecommute.
QualificationsEmployer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science or closely related field, and 2 years of experience in a computer-related occupation.

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $132,300.00 USD to $211,600.00 USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position is eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, FSH/HAS, Life Insurance, Paid Time off and Wellness Programs.
