We are seeking a highly motivated & experienced Sr. Manager of HR to lead & oversee our Human Resources department to bring value to our company's biggest assets, our people.
Job Description:
The Senior HR Manager will lead the human resources department, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of employee relations, benefits administration, and talent management. Responsible for meeting with managers and employees to provide them with the necessary training and development, both in the workplace or offsite. May handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office. May handle various administrative type tasks in the office directed by Executive or Leadership teams. Responsible for working with the organization regarding general compliance and standard operating procedures and works primarily to ensure that methods and standards are safe, effective, and efficient. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports.
