- 3 years’ of recent experience in civil litigation – employment and/or wage and hour class action/PAGA experience highly preferred
- Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documents, court rules and procedures, practices, etc.
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and communication skills along with superior attention to detail
- Extensive computer and database expertise (i.e., Excel)
- ABA approved paralegal certificate or other relevant certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
