Job Description
We are a fun, growing, locally owned veterinary hospital looking for a full time Client Service Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. Ideal candidates preferred to have veterinary experience, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and be energetic and self motivated. The Client Service Representative drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensures good communication with associates and clients, and coordinates the care of clients and pets in a happy, welcoming, efficient manner, influencing clients to return and refer their friends and families.
