Reports to Owner/CEO
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
  • Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective sales approaches
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
  • Develop and achieve sales performance targets
  • Participate and advise in business development matters
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Up to speed with sales techniques and best practices
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Thorough knowledge of sales analytics
  • Some travel required in various states across the country
  • Passionate about excellent bourbon
Education and Experience
  • Experience in liquor sales required
  • Track record of strong sales results
  • College degree in related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Lifting up to 15 pounds at a time
