Production Associate-

Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform the duties of all production floor positions as needed.
• Review work for accuracy and report any issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Performs a variety of tasks and stations to support the production department.
• Use of power washing equipment to clean screens for printing preparation.
• Maintain a clean and orderly station while following prescribed company policies and safety regulations.
• Perform additional responsibilities, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds.
• Must be a fast learner and able to work independently.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a willingness to learn.
• Must be proactive and detail oriented to catch problems or inconsistencies and bring them to management’s attention.
