Production Associate-
Full-time Employment Opportunity on 3rd Shift

Starting pay: Based upon experience.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to effectively operate a printing press that delivers a quality product.
- Review work for accuracy and report any issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Learn to perform the duties of a printing machine collector.
- Performs a variety of tasks and stations all pertaining to screen prep and printing to support the production department.
- Use of power washing equipment to clean screens for printing preparation.
- Prepare first shift stations prior to shift start for seamless shift transitions.
- Maintain a clean and orderly station while following prescribed company policies and safety regulations.
- Perform additional responsibilities, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds.
- Must be a fast learner and able to work independently.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a willingness to learn.
- Must be proactive and detail oriented to catch problems or inconsistencies and bring them to management’s attention.
