About You:

We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager who will be very hands-on in a dynamic startup environment. The Client Success Manager will be eager to make a meaningful contribution towards improving the industry and be willing to wear multiple hats as necessary. This individual will be our clients’ main point of contact and will work across all internal teams and directly with clients to deliver world class customer experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business, risks and opportunities 
  • Create Client Success plans to outline clients’ business goals and priorities. 
  • Help drive adoption of Versana offerings 
  • Deliver value to clients by improving retention, renewal and adoption rates that are in line with the success strategy 
  • Build strong internal relationships across sales, support, product and development to deliver solutions to our clients 
  • Maintain proactive contact with clients throughout Versana journey 
  • Contribute to internal knowledge opportunities within Client Engagement team and Versana 
  • Actively manage accounts to identify risks early and provide valuable input to moderate
Must Haves
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 5 years of experience in a customer facing role with a track record of success
  • Knowledge of commercial banking and loan syndications 
  • Willingness, flexibility, and commitment required to thrive in a startup environment 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and be hands-on in a startup environment 
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional roles 
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills 
  • Strong verbal and written professional communication skills
  • Client focus and empathy 
  • Independent self-starter requiring little supervision to complete tasks and projects
Nice to Haves
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

$150,000 - $180,000 a year
