Versa Pak is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Celina, OH
- Be a champion of the Versa Pak core values to customers and staff
- Interact with customers in a friendly manner and work to understand their needs
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the appropriate tools and resources
- Maintain proficiency in all customer service related processes and procedures
- Answer and transfer phone calls to the relevant department as needed
- Initiate and manage the product data collection process – blends, information required for orders, and applications.
- Ensure timely and clear communications with customers, handling sales emails
- Refer customers to supervisor or more experienced employees when necessary
- Provide customers with detailed information on products
- Manage customer communications throughout the entire process
- Follow through with quote samples and follow-ups
- Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken
- Generate product quotes and update existing quotes as necessary
- Provide tracking information to customers
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Support sales team with special projects and preparations
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Consistently deliver friendly service to customers
- Possess a basic understanding of computers programs such as Microsoft Word
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Organized and have the ability to multitask effectively
