Job Summary:
The primary goal of the Customer Service Senior Account is to support the clients in providing information about our products and services. This position would be shared between two people. Each person would work 20-25 hours between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with daily overlap to ensure proper coverage.
Job Functions:
The responsibilities in this position, include but are not limited to:
- Support the Customer Service Senior Account Manager as business needs arise.
- Track orders to ensure we meet client deadlines. Move orders out if needed.
- Assist with analyzing problems for the Customer Service Senior Account.
- Keep accurate records of client notes in the system 8 Ball to keep the accounts up to date on delivery of products.
- Collaborate with production to ensure client orders are being delivered by the in hands date.
- Work with production for a minimum of two hours a week to understand the process and abilities of each department.
- Assist the design team in creative ideas for repeat orders. Provide the clients with other options and ideas to keep orders fresh.
- Evaluate processes and determine better ways to operate the support department to gain sales.
- Follow up with clients on delivered orders and attempt to get photos from events to share with the team.
- Call trigger letters to anticipate the client’s needs and follow up with previous clients to offer reorder information and additional services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially on the phone and email.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
