This role will require previous industry experience.
Venterra Community Managers enjoy a competitive salary 20% annual bonus potential & renewal bonuses.
Our Community Managers assume day-to-day leadership of and accountability for property operations with a specific focus on ensuring all potential and existing residents receive exemplary customer service. They recruit, hire, coach, motivate, evaluate, and retain "A" player teams while creating a positive work environment. They make decisions as if it were their own investment to achieve company objectives, as well as financial and operating goals.
