Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets through market research and analysis
- Lead the sales team in generating new leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and delivery
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field experience
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and close deals
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a sales team
