Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of our drone technology and the services we provide
• Cold call, knock on doors and onboard new customers
• Create and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline
• Provide exceptional sales customer service without exception
• Maintain existing customer relationships for recurring business
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Be timely in reporting and submitting required documentation

Skills and qualifications:

• Business fundamental experience
• Track record of year-over-year sales growth
• Entrepreneurial attitude
• Must be self-disciplined and focused
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Assertive in cold-calling customers and making a sale
• Effective listening skills. Listen to understand and not just to respond
• Must understand customer trends and behaviors and how to research and report
• Experience with CRM software
• Negotiation skills
• Must be willing to travel
• Must have a valid driver’s license and full-time access to a vehicle

Successful candidates will have:

• 5 years of business-to-business sales experience in the Aerospace industry is strongly preferred
• Sales experience in the public/governmental sector is desired
• Sales-related degree a plus but is not required (Business Administration, finance, communications, etc.,)

Salary: Base salary plus commission
