Front Office Lead/Supervisor
Vascular & Interventional Partners (ViP) is Arizona’s only comprehensive Interventional Radiology private practice. The group wants to add a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Lead to join our practice. ViP is a growing, multi-specialty radiology practice with 7 radiologists and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APP), providing comprehensive imaging services in inpatient and outpatient settings. The group currently covers two sites: Banner University Medical Center Phoenix (a 700 bed Level 1 Trauma Center), as well as an Office-Based Lab (OBL) in North Scottsdale. The group provides the full spectrum of IR care, including outpatient ambulatory consultations, and the full spectrum of IR procedural care both in the OBL and the hospital.
Under the supervision and direction of the Director(s), the Front Office Lead is responsible for effective workflow at the Office Based Lab. The Front Office Lead is a working leader who is proficient in administrative duties including financial and referral processes as well as possesses knowledge of back-office tasks and flow. The Office Lead oversees the staff to ensure procedures and tasks are completed correctly and to ViP’s standards with a specific focus on patient flow and customer service.
