Riot Hospitality Group is currently looking for our next great Executive Assistant / Corporate Office Manager! We're searching for a candidate who can:
  • Provide administrative support to executive management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements to ensure efficient use of executive’s time.
  • Act as a liaison between the Chief Operating Officer and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, draft emails, and prepare reports or presentations as needed
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure that meetings are productive and efficient.
  • Assist in managing special projects or initiatives on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain confidential information with utmost discretion, files, and documents, ensuring that information is organized and easily accessible when needed.
  • Oversee the smooth functioning of the corporate office, ensuring it is well-maintained and organized.
  • Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating and/or performing maintenance, cleaning, and repairs as necessary.
  • Manage office-related expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Submit invoices and receipts for payment and reimbursement.
  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries; managing outgoing mail
  • Collaborate with HR in recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, taking appropriate measures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist with planning and organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging logistics, catering, and necessary equipment for successful execution.
  • Other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor.
We hope our perfect candidate will have:
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant and/or office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Drive)
  • Discretion and trustworthiness to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
