Job Summary:

Campaign Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and management of the Show Up Strong '24 campaign. This position requires a dynamic, organized, and proactive individual who will oversee the logistical and operational aspects of our high-impact voter registration events across Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning and Strategy:
• Develop and refine campaign strategies in alignment with overarching objectives.
• Create detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, transportation, setup, and breakdown.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Vendor Management:
• Negotiate contracts and oversee the performance of vendors and contractors.
• Ensure all services are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Financial Oversight:
• Manage the campaign budget, approve expenditures, and ensure all financial activities are within approved limits.
• Prepare financial reports and cost forecasts for review by senior management.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all campaign activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor campaign practices to ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular checks and balances to ensure that all aspects of the campaign meet the agency’s high standards.
• Implement corrective measures when necessary to address any deviations from planned activities.
• Communication:
• Serve as the point of contact for all internal communications related to the campaign alongside the campaign manager .
• Effectively communicate status updates, changes, and requirements to all stakeholders.
• Post-Event Analysis:
• Conduct post-event evaluations to determine event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather feedback from staff and participants to enhance future campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management and event coordination, preferably in a marketing or promotional context.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
