Our well-known manufacturing client seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a close-knit group, this is an excellent opportunity to join a locally-owned organization as it continues to expand operations after 40 years.
This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Portland, Oregon.
Sr. Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Develop reports for financial packages.
- Develop financial models to support budgets/forecasts.
- Partner with and present findings to Sales and Marketing departments.
- Responsible for developing rolling sales forecasts.
- Budget vs actual variance analysis.
- Analysis of data weekly, monthly for Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
- Perform profitability analysis.
- Responsible for pricing calculations.
- Assist with annual budget process and presentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of progressive FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
- Strong knowledge of revenue, pricing, operating; selling, general and administrative expenses (SG&A), and P&L required.
- Proficient in ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred), reporting software (Power BI or similar).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, graphs).
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
