Position Description

The Assistant Athletic Director will collaborate with the Athletic Director in administering athletics programs that fulfill the vision and mission of Valor to “educate the whole person in authentic communities for a full human life”. Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Collaborate and communcicate closely with their campus Athletic Director 
• Teaching PE or other classes
• Communicating athletics operations and philosophy with families
• Scheduling practices
• Managing registrations and helping families with the process of registration
• Promoting the athletics program in the community
• Monitoring and communicating with coaches and families re: athlete eligibility
• Supporting coaches 
• Managing equipment
