Job Description:

The Assistant Director of Training is responsible for ensuring proper training throughout the entire restaurant. They create training plans for new team members as well as ongoing tenured team members and track growth throughout the training process. They’re directly responsible for maintaining a high level of morale of the team. They are the point of contact in regards to culture and training.

Duties:

• New Team Member Training
• Ongoing Training
• Lead and Develop Training Specialists
• Connect With Director of People and Culture to Ensure Healthy Culture
• Conduct Ongoing Evaluations With Team Members
