The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Director of Spa to create and maintain a work environment that supports, encourages and anticipates the needs of the guest and colleague experience.This is done effectively by contributing to an environment of authenticity, sincerity, warmth and fun, while balancing protocol, accountability and care.
The Assistant Director of Spa is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the spa, including but not limited to working alongside our 80 colleague team of spa concierge, spa attendants, and spa service providers.The Assistant Director of Spa oversees the operation with a high level of focus and care placed on ensuring the guests' expectations are met and that we are meeting our established high standard of service.
