A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As our new Front Desk Receptionist - Administrative Assistant, you can expect to handle a variety of clerical tasks on a daily basis. From the front office, you greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service to our assisted living residents. You also enter new hire info, perform monthly billing, and assist with other clerical duties as needed. It's always a good time to visit with our residents when the opportunity presents itself as well.
Your schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. Weekends and evenings? All yours to enjoy!
