Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Wichita, KS 67202

Pay Rate: $25.00/Hr on W2

Description:

Work Shifts: (Monday – Friday) 8:00-5:00 PM; Local candidate with option to work remote.

The Administrative Assistant 1 will work on a project team that is focused on scaling a job catalog globally for our hourly production workers. We seek a versatile professional who will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions.

• Copy/paste the translated job catalog descriptions into a shareable file for our Plant Managers and Plant HR Partners.
• Will compile and prepare the job catalog in 15 different languages (does not need to be fluent in any other languages).
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent, zero years of related work experience, needs to be computer proficient and able to use Excel well.
• Must be computer sufficient.

Interviews will be conducted virtually through Teams.
