Vaco is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Nashville, TN
The role will consist of leading a team of approximately 10 team members, helping facilitate a positive and efficient dispatch in the morning and provide support and guidance to coordinate an efficient day.
The schedule would be Friday to Tuesday, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off, so candidates must be willing to work weekends and early mornings.
Additional expectations:
- Work with all personnel to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
- Maintain a complete understanding of all of products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Enter data accurately in CRM and be responsible for a specific set of KPIs
- Communicate with customers who have any concerns regarding the service we are providing on the day of, or after completion of their move handle all damage claim and buyer's remorse communications
- Promote a positive operational team aspect while acting in a professional manner
- Paid weekly
- Medical stipend paid monthly
- Bonus, paid out quarterly based on metrics
- Vacation/sick time paid holidays
- 401k match after 90 days of employment
