Job Description

The Operations Manager provides administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the assigned department. The Operations Manager assigned to the nursing department will collaborate with the Department Director and faculty in organizing clinical rotations, maintain clinical affiliation agreements, and ensure faculty and students hold all clinical documentation. The Operations Manager will act as the designated contact person between the various affiliated clinical education partners and the applied associate degree in nursing and inform the Department Director and faculty assigned to the clinical site if there are any needs from the clinical partner that need to be addressed. This position reports to the Nursing Program Director.

Education and Experience:

• Must possess a minimum of associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) degree in health administration, Business Administration, Nursing (Experience in management in various healthcare settings will be considered) from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation.
• Ability to pass the 11-panel urine drug test.
• Ability to complete a background check.
