Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in the beauty and wellness industry.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in salon management software and MS Office.• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary.
