Job Description: The Commercial Operations Manager will report to OneOncology's Director of Growth & Commercial Operations. This team builds the infrastructure to support our development team by providing processes to help accelerate our deals, while enabling cross-functional teams such as Strategic Finance, Operations and Marketing. This individual will play an integral role in enhancing our development processes and will own deal measurement to report out to the Director of Growth & Commercial Operations. As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will:
Provide the quantitative basis for OneOncology's development strategy (e.g., territory planning, sales forecasting, sales strategy planning)
Support high-level planning, goal setting, and board-level communication materials representing the Development Team with data and insights
Identify and eliminate barriers in deal processes to improve performance and productivity (e.g., identify KPIs and metrics, improve lead management, update and own deal process playbooks)
Support the development of compensation and incentive plans; manage administration and execution of team's targets and measurement of goal attainment
Develop, maintain, and maximize the value of OneOncology's sales & marketing tech stack (Salesforce & Hubspot)
Contribute directly to OneOncology's hyper-growth trajectory by improving Development Team efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Strategic Finance, Accounting and Marketing Teams to optimize pipeline communication in order to inform team resourcing
Requirements :
3 years in Sales Ops, Biz Ops, or Strategy for a high-growth organization
Deep and broad understanding of sales & marketing processes
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving ability •Detailed understanding of Salesforce •Bachelor's Degree
