Job Details
Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (Contract)
Duration: 3 - 6 months, with possibility of extension
Location: Onsite in Atlanta, GA (3 days per week)
About Us: We are working with a well established company and their construction division which is committed to innovation and excellence in their projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Business Analyst to join the team on a contract basis to support the development of an application within the ServiceNow platform for our construction department.
Responsibilities:
- Document current state processes within the construction department
- Define and document requirements and solutions for application development in ServiceNow
- Conduct trainings as needed for end-users
- Help identify ROI on enhancement requests for prioritization
- Monitor and execute communication plan to team and leadership regarding project progress
- Clarify feature and enhancement requests from stakeholders
- Assist in prioritizing features and enhancement requests based on business needs
- Monitor and communicate bug fixes to relevant stakeholders
- Document all business processes for the ProjectTrac application (custom app in ServiceNow)
- Conduct demos of feature updates and enhancements once completed
- Investigate and address questions from the construction team regarding the application
- Maintain knowledge of best practices and make recommendations for improvements
- Learn and understand every area of the solution to provide comprehensive support
- Assure success based upon customer expectations
- Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) work as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and development processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document processes and requirements effectively
- Experience in conducting trainings and demos for end-users
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior experience in the construction industry or related field is a plus
