UT Southwestern Medical Center is hiring for a Senior Administrative Assistant, Radiation Oncology.
This position in the Department of Radiation Oncology is part of an administrative team that supports our 25 physics faculty. As a member of the team, this individual will provide professional support to leadership or physicians, including travel and reimbursement management, editorial work of manuscripts, cv’s and other professional documents, preparation of slides or other materials for presentation by faculty, arrangements and scheduling of meetings, conference or other events as requested and assuring compliance with university and departmental policies and procedures.
