U.S. Installation Group (USIG) has been an exclusive provider of Installation and Renovation Services for the nation's largest home improvement retailer for over twenty -eight years. USIG is searching for additional great talent! We are currently seeking a Operations Manager to lead our Pennsylvania workroom.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager is a team LEADER responsible for all activities associated with the operation of the business. The Manager has complete responsibility for his/hers facility, associates, and flooring subcontractors. A great Operations Manager is a LEADER who ensures all policies and procedures of the company are being followed by the associates and flooring subcontractors while holding the team to the highest standards of customer service.
- Maintain relationships with flooring subcontractors
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed
- Maintain the highest levels of customer service
- Achieve and maintain several Key Business Metrics
- Monthly review of Business Metrics
- Conduct monthly review of business metrics with staff
