Erhard & Associates, a Financial Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a fulltime Operations and Client Service Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team. At Ameriprise Financial we help people feel confident about their financial future by providing comprehensive financial planning and investment consulting to families, individuals, and small organizations to help achieve financial goals and simplify their financial lives.
Job Purpose:
Serve as an Operations and Client Service Manager to assist with processes, task and technology management and client needs, while meeting the mission and core values of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage practice workflow
- Complete 1.1s with staff to check-in on workflow and tasks list
- Review, manage and update processes and procedures
- Review and run practice reports
- Run team meetings
- Technology oversight
- Assist with client account needs
- Answer client questions
- Complete meeting prep and follow up for client meetings, as needed
- Respond to ad hoc requests as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2 years of similar work experience in a professional office environment, ideally in the financial services industry
- Pleasant, professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Highly organized, accurate, and attention to detail
- Proven analytical and independent problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong personal and business ethics and integrity
- Desire to grow and learn within the practice
Salary and Benefits:
- $60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience
- Competitive benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, health insurance stipend and the ability to participate in a profit-sharing plan.
