Provides expertise on accounting matters impacting reporting, as well as be a part of strategic business decisions through influencing skills with other business partners in the U.S and internationally. In this role, you will: Responsible for reviewing monthly and quarterly close processes for the Company’s business / corporate areas ( Treasury, Legal, IT and Risk Management). Provide technical support (US GAAP accounting mentorship) to Corporate Function business stakeholders. Lead team, set strategic objectives, develop staff and provide day-to-day support for staff. Continuous improvement identification, recommendation and implementation. Support company wide and functional initiatives such as Elevate in an Subject Matter Expertise role. Other ad hoc requests. #LI-Hybrid What we look for: Experience: 9 years of total relevant professional accounting experience. Experience public and private industry. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the application of US GAAP. Strong understanding of financial statement preparation, including management reporting. Skills: Problem-solving skills. Results oriented, ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to work optimally on cross functional activities and form solid business relationships across functions. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. SAP or ERP systems experience preferred. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting Certified Public Accountant license or equivalent preferred.
