- Provide streamlined performance demos to both technical and business stakeholders
- Leverage mentorship to peers while communicating effectively with your team on key deliverables, prioritization, and business and marketing context
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- 5 years' experience as a Product Manager
- Policy Admin experience
- Industry experience within insurance or annuities
- Experience within an Agile environment
- Excellent communication and presentation qualities
- Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience
- Salary Range: $130,000 - 150,000 based on professional experience
