We are currently seeking a Principal Product Manager specializing in B2B SaaS products to join our JLL Technologies Real Estate Services product team, with a focus on property management technology. Our commercial property management strategies help real estate owners reduce their operating costs and enhance property values. Our expertise in tenant satisfaction, engineering services, operational excellence, security, energy management and sustainability practices enable us to deliver service that keeps occupancy levels high and maximizes revenue streams for our clients. In this role you will need to think differently about arming the business with new technology and insights that provide differentiated value. You would be responsible for leading the global product technology strategy and execution for the property management service line, encompassing the products used both by our people and our clients. Your mandate will be to drive additional market share and margin, while simultaneously re-inventing how the industry operates. What this job involves As Principal Product Manager, Property Management at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for: STRATEGIC PLANNING Creating the technology product vision and strategic roadmap for our global property & asset management (PAM) group that meets and aligns with business goals, while overseeing our Property Tech Ecosystem and related PAM product portfolio. Assessing the current state of product technology, identifying ways to transform existing solutions while evaluating innovative new solutions through the lens of build/buy/partner PRODUCT EXECUTION Owning product requirements and driving the product development schedule from design to release across the portfolio Driving customer journey maps, service blueprints, and process improvements that bring requirements to life and improve how we deliver against them Evaluating technology partners with services we can leverage, comparing alternatives, and minimizing total cost of ownership with consideration for scale and market urgency Establishing alignment on Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) to ensure your products achieve their goals Delivering strong and compelling products that take advantage of JLL’s unique technology, data, relationship and people assets in order to move the needle on market share and margin COLLABORATION Forming a strong partnership with the global PAM business working together to define where technology can play a new role in scaling the business for the future Collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, design, client delivery and finance to deliver on the product roadmap and vision while allocating resources appropriately Owning technology partner relationships with 3rd party solutions we leverage (this role relies heavily on 3rd party technology) Championing the voice of the customer, establishing forums for product feedback, while engaging deeply and personally with customers, partners, and the field Setting organization standards/influences that extend beyond your product area Acting as a mentor to other product managers and participating in recruitment activities Sound like the job you’re looking for? Education and experience A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, with an advanced degree in a technical subject preferred 7 years of relevant/professional experience in technical product management with B2B SaaS products including developing, launching, and supporting products across the full product lifecycle Familiarity with property management or related commercial real estate domain is preferred Experience creating successful product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, guiding product design discussions, and influencing tech architecture decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a range of audiences Strong customer focus and ability to understand and translate the voice of the customer into product strategy; must be passionate about delivering products users love Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others—must be skilled in driving consensus and conflict resolution Incredible attention to detail, with a structured problem-solving approach Willingness to work early/late hours to connect with global staff (Australia, Singapore, India, UK, etc.) as needed What you can expect from us We succeed together and believe the best inspire the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our success.
