Position Title: Traveling Product Support Technician
Department: Service and Install
Division: AGI Fertilizer
Location: Remote - Peoria, IL Region

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Product Support Technicians to add to our team in Illinois. The Product Support Technician will maintain and service all AGI fertilizer equipment, software and controls, as well as train customers and assist with system start up, final installation and setup.
This is a travelling role – up to 80 to 90% at times.

Qualifications

High School Degree. Four years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus.
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office suite of products.
Ability to problem solve.
Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Clean driving record and able to operate company vehicles.
Eligibility to travel in all North America.
