Job Summary This position is responsible for supporting solutions across the Payment Integrity and Consumer Financial Products portfolio. The muti-faceted role will be focused on leading high-priority initiatives encompassing strategy development / refinement, operating model and process optimization, and targeted product management workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic skill set that enables oversight of various product strategy and management functions. Required Job Qualifications: *Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration and 6 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR 11 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting * Experience leading and mentoring other staff. *Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting or project management. *Experience working with corporate leadership, interfacing and communicating at all levels of the organization. *Experience managing multiple complex priorities and a heavy workload. *Organizational skills and detail-oriented. *Verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Job Qualifications: *Experience in strategy development, operating model/process enhancements, and product management within the healthcare or consulting industry *Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and drive impactful changes *Adeptness in navigating ambiguity and demonstrating agility in a fast-paced environment *Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams *Proficiency in developing compelling PowerPoint presentations to convey strategies, insights, and project outcomes effectively *MBA or other Master's Degree This is a flex position (3 days in office; 2 days work from home).
