Job Description Summary: PayPal’s Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager with a proven track record of building intuitive mobile experiences and products that delight our customers. Person in this role will help build intuitive and state of the art mobile experiences for our US and Global BNPL consumers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for owning the end to end execution of critical BNPL mobile initiatives Meet our team: PayPal’s Pay Later team builds industry leading Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products for our customers and merchants across the globe. These products (Pay in 4, Pay Monthly, Pay in 30 etc.) provide our customers the flexibility to buy goods and services now and pay for them over time without incurring any hidden fees. Our industry leading BNPL products are used by millions of customers across US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Australia. Job Description: Your way to impact: You will be responsible for managing the work and roadmap of BNPL mobile development team for building and enhancing BNPL products across the regions. You will also act as POC for this team and will coordinate the effort of cross functional teams (UX, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Platform etc.) to drive critical initiatives Your day to day: In your day to day you will: Build, Manage and prioritize the backlog of mobile scrum team Work with UX and Content teams to build and enhance BNPL mobile experiences Work with Business, Legal , Compliance teams etc. to make sure products and features correspond to stringent internal and external business/regulatory requirements Own the execution of critical mobile related initiatives (from requirements collections to UX development, legal reviews, execution, testing and launch ) Build analytics dashboards for products and features and utilize them to identify issues and improvement opportunities What do you need to bring: 4 years of experience in building large scale consumer facing products with 2 experience in Mobile Product Management. Proven experience in utilizing data to identify issues/enhancement opportunities Proven track record of effectively collaborating with engineering and cross functional teams to build large scale, intuitive products and experiences An ownership mindset with a get-it-done attitude Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast paced environment We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates.
