Urban Air Adventure Parks Agency is looking for a passionate, experienced IT Support Specialist who thrives in a highly collaborative, team environment.
IT Specialist Job Description:
The individual in this role will help users with IT hardware and software problems both locally and virtually. As an IT specialist, you will collaborate with other members of the IT team on a range of tasks, such as setting up new locations, upgrading hardware and software, and installing new computers.
IT Specialist Responsibilities:
Examine and resolve issues with current hardware and software programs.
Install and update peripheral hardware and software, such as printer installations and maintenance, help with networking hardware, and peripheral device hardware and software interfaces.
Select, create, and preserve support and user documentation.
Conduct user training sessions for both individuals and groups.
On a variety of IT-related tasks, such as network cabling installs, hardware relocations, software installations, software testing, etc., assist other members of the IT team as needed.
IT Specialist Qualifications:
familiarity with the hardware and software of personal computers (PCs), as well as its components
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Remote Access, Network & Administration, Smartphones, Printers, etc.
Using remote utilities, one may address problems over the phone.
Preferred is formal computer-related training from a college or technical school and/or accredited training programs.
Have the ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
Must be a motivated self-starter with attention to detail – very important. Willingness to learn systems, share knowledge, support the company's user community, etc.
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds – i.e., computer equipment, monitors, printers, etc.
six years of minimum experience in a relevant job, and the ability to begin work right away
Pay: Between $77,792 and $92,057 annually
