About the Opportunity:
This is an opportunity for a Marketing Manager with high-level Graphic Design experience to help create beautiful designs for a top luxury real estate sales team at Compass in New York City. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement 360-degree marketing encompassing digital and print campaigns, social media, advertising, and public relations. The ideal candidate understands the New York luxury real estate sector and is passionate about all aspects of design and culture including architecture, interior design, hospitality, and fashion. This position is full-time, in-office, located in Union Square.

The team is composed of 8 individual sales agents who for the last decade have been consistently ranked in the Top 25 in New York and the Top 250 nationally by the WSJ. They provide end to end transaction management to a diverse clientele ranging from high-net-worth individuals, financial, legal, and media executives, family offices, money managers, athletes, and entertainers along with tech entrepreneurs, founders, real estate developers, and investors. They strive to transcend professional standards by having created a business and culture where each team’s role is defined and specialized and spreads across the various disciplines of our industry. The roles overlap at key moments through the various processes and stem from a deep working knowledge of construction, architecture and design, the market economics of the real estate industry, and what the market is demanding and signaling that it will demand in the future.
