Position: Full Time Day/Per Diem – Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is looking for an Administrative Assistant to

provide telephone coverage and perform comprehensive support services for administration, human resources and other departments. Responsibilities and Duties.

Riverside is looking for a Per-Diem admin assistant, the job will be FULL TIME hours for the next 8-9 weeks with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-3:30pm and Saturdays 8am-12:00pm, once the 8-9 weeks are completed the hours will go Per-Diem so you will work when needed!

• Provides telephone coverage as scheduled
• Maintains screening log
• Acts as greeter to all guests and visitors
• Establishes good public relations by being courteous to all
• When new residents arrive, notifies social services and/or nursing unit
• Keeps reception area/lobby clutter free
• Ensure front door is locked at end of shift
• Takes resident pictures
• Assists with scanning, as needed
• Plans/assists with employee events
• Covid-19 tests staff/visitors
