POSITION SUMMARY:
To prepare and serve all soft drinks, specialty cocktails, beer and wine according to all UP On The Roof specifications, recipes and procedures to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guests’ expectations. Provides timely and quality beverages to the service staff and performs the duties of cashier for the bar guests and service staff. Will be expected to serve guests at the bar top, as well as tables in the bar section.
1. Must be able to lift, handle and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
2. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to obtain and store food, beverage items, smallwares and service equipment.
3. Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
4. Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guests
