Are you a skilled bartender with a flair for creating memorable drinks and providing exceptional service? The Roost Restaurant, nestled within the elegant Hyatt Regency Greenville, is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft a variety of delicious cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and creativity, ensuring each drink meets our standards of excellence.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of drinks to guests.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and responsible alcohol service at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Proficiency in preparing a wide range of cocktails, along with knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to every guest.
• Must be of legal drinking age and hold any required certifications for alcohol service in the state of South Carolina.
